面对无耻，义愤也是正当的
7月6日中午1点，闷热的北京，朝阳公园南门下着毛毛细雨，气氛诡异。这里积聚了各地临时赶来的几十个人，各怀目的，围观一场微博约架。主角一男一女，男的是臭名昭著的吴法天，女的此前名不见经传，我临时关注了这枚女子。现场的视频大家都看到了，有好多版本，多种解读，建议多看几个。过程大概是这样的：女的看见男的，上去质问，没说两句，好像有人喊：打他打他。女的冲向男的，挥手，踢腿，男的倒地，有个别人踢男的屁股。有人拉起男的，一个小青年激愤地朝男的大吼，男的要辩论，小青年要跟他辩，人群嘈杂，一些人齐骂傻逼。女的又冲向男的，投了鸡蛋，男的退，再次倒地。另外的视频显示，艾婶出现了，朝男的走过去，扬手作要打状，隔着还有距离，男的倒了。（一共倒了几次？我没整明白）还有视频显示，有人朝男的拍东西，而且拍碎了，看不清什么东西。我个人觉得不是砖，如果砖都拍碎了，男的那小身板应该重伤，他好像没事。男的身边突然有了个卫士，白衬衣，拿伞，还有个爆吼男，警告别人不许动，后来出现一个黑T恤，搂着男的脖子，面目模糊。然后警察来了，没人再动手，把双方带走。结果是女的拘留，男的很快离开。
以上是我从视频上看到的大体过程。除了周燕，能看到还有3、4个人动手攻击吴，不是同时。没看出来这些人跟周燕什么关系。现场后来有人保护吴法天，也不知道这些人跟吴法天什么关系。大多数人好像是打酱油的，骂吴的人很多。
事后，有喊好的，认为揍吴法天解气，丫欠揍。
也有许多批评的。五毛自然不用说，方舟子什么的都出来为吴法天撑腰，物以类聚。
许多人因此对公知表示失望，觉得他们在到处作秀。有人解读这是民主的堕落，是赤裸裸的暴力。
我想说，你们扯得有点远了。
周燕不带表什么公知，也不代表民主，不要着了吴法天的道。周燕只代表她自己，代表义愤。面对无耻，产生义愤难道不正常，不正当吗？周燕是去泄私愤的，这样做既痛快，又愚蠢。亲手痛击无耻的五毛，何等的畅快，老子也很想抽丫的。但是，这显然是愚蠢的做法，事态的发展证明了这点，周燕为此付出了明显不相称的代价。吴法天这个造谣成性的畜生，在警察到场后立马发微博：几十人围殴，遍体鳞伤，艾亲自动手。哪有一句属实？事发后才几天，就开车去保定吃同类，何等逍遥，有个屁伤？要真有点伤，周燕就惨了，就不是行政处罚的事了。可以说，图一时之快，却遭体制报复，为吴法天赢得同情，还给他们留下口实：你们看，搞民主的多暴力啊，动手打人啊，还是女的啊！吴法天约架怎么都不吃亏：如果挨打，则赢了道义；如果没挨打，更好，洗刷了孱头的名号。辩论？和习惯于颠倒黑白的人辩论哪会有什么结果。这些事，都是现在才看清楚的。当时我也情绪高涨地围观，也没人提醒周燕看清各路陷阱。朴素的情绪主导了事态的发展，正好上了当。
民主的体制下，是反对以暴制暴的。吴法天可耻欠揍，但不能私下对他施以惩罚。私仇也要公报。问题是，当今环境，这样的畜生不但不能得到惩处，反而受到庇护。于是周燕充当了侠客的角色，有点替天行道的意味。这是正当的，当然也是危险的，不能效仿。因为没有一个公正的裁决者判断正义在哪一边，畜生也可以借口正义伤害无辜。
然而，周燕个人的行为，怎么会导致民主也遭诟病呢？这关民主球事啊？
即便是周燕个人，也不应该责备她。面对无耻之徒，有此等义愤是完全正当的，不麻木，社会才有希望。周燕动手打人违法了，也遭到明显超过其违法性质的惩戒，此时，我同情她，赞赏她的正义感，并更加深刻地鄙视那个无耻的畜生。
